Brendan Nordstrom
Brendan is a senior in the College of Communication studying journalism and advertising. As a former sports editor for the Daily Free Press, he was always interested in covering BU’s blueblood hockey teams and is excited to do it for the team’s top outlet.
In addition to the hockey coverage, Brendan wrote an NFL column “The Two-Minute Drill” for WTBU Sports, covered the Orleans Firebirds baseball team in the Cape Cod Baseball League and currently reports on the University’s teams for BU Today.
Named after legendary left-winger Brendan Shanahan, Brendan was raised in Metro Detroit as a die-hard Wings, Lions, Tigers and Pistons fan — teaching him how to overcome adversity and constant heartbreak in sports.
He loved covering the Terriers’ Frozen Four run last year and is excited for another season of BU hockey!
