The Terriers showed what they’re made of tonight and battled until the final horn for the 2-1 win over Cornell University (21-11-2) that punched their ticket to Tampa. The Boston University men’s hockey team (29-10-0) is in the Frozen Four, and boy are they feeling good.

Fueled by a two-goal, characteristic performance from Lane Hutson, the Boston University men’s hockey team (27-10-0, 19-6-0 Hockey East) clinched the 2023 Hockey East Championship title in a 3-2 overtime win against the Merrimack College Warriors (23-13-1, 16-9-0 HE).
It was senior night at Agganis Arena as the Boston University men’s hockey team (23-10-0, 17-6-0 Hockey East) honored its 11 class of 2023 members ahead of besting the Providence College Friars (14-12-7, 9-8-6 HE) by a score of 6-4.
Led by the buzzing junior forward Dylan Peterson, the Boston University men’s hockey team (21-10-0, 15-6-0 Hockey East) got their swagger back in a 5-3 victory over the University of Vermont Catamounts (9-17-5, 4-14-3 HE) tonight at Gutterson Fieldhouse.
The Boston University women’s hockey team (11-19-3, 9-15-3 Hockey East) will host the Merrimack College Warriors (8-24-2, 5-20-2 HE) in the first round of the conference post-season on Wednesday night.
The Boston University men’s hockey team (20-10-0, 14-6-0 Hockey East) hosted the Merrimack College Warriors (18-21-1, 13-8-0 HE) tonight at Agganis Arena where they lost 4-3 in overtime and got swept for the first time this season.
After 18 years behind the bench, women’s ice hockey head coach Brian Durocher will be retiring at the conclusion of the 2022-2023 season.
Last night just wasn’t good. The Terriers looked like a shell of themselves against a desperate Boston College team who was able to find the emotion to make a consolation game mean something.
