With Bostonians celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on Friday, The No. 5 Boston University men’s hockey team hopes that their third trip to TD Garden will be the lucky charm. At 4p.m., the Terriers will face the Providence College Friars in the Hockey East tournament semifinals.
The Terriers suited up in their home whites for the last time (…at home) in the team’s first game of the Hockey East playoffs with a matinee matchup against the University of Vermont Catamounts (11-20-5 5-17-3 HE).
The No. 5 Boston University men’s hockey team (24-10-0, 18-6-0 Hockey East) will take on the University of Vermont Catamounts (11-19-5, 5-16-3 HE) in the Hockey East quarterfinals in their last game at Agganis Arena this season.

The No. 4 Boston University men’s hockey team (19-6-0, 13-4-0 Hockey East) stormed the Green Line and headed over to Newton, Massachusetts for the second of a home-and-home with the Boston College Eagles (9-9-5, 5-6-4 HE).
