After a slow start, the Terrier offense was no match for the Crimson, scoring five goals in the second period and outshooting Harvard 38-27.
The Terriers will face Harvard in the Beanpot semifinal at TD Garden, which begins at 5 p.m.
The BU women’s hockey team fell victim to the trap game prior to the Beanpot championship, taking a 2-0 shutout against the middling University of New Hampshire at the Whittemore Center Saturday afternoon.
