After senior captain Domenick Fensore’s overtime game-winning goal against the No. 10 Harvard Crimson (9-3-1, 7-1-0 ECAC) on Friday, Dec. 30, the No. 6 Boston University men’s hockey team (12-5-0, 8-4-0 Hockey East) is headed to the Grand Canyon State for a Friday evening game against the United States Air Force Academy Falcons (6-10-2, 2-7-1 AHA).
The Boston University women’s hockey team (7-12-0, 6-9-0 Hockey East) will take on the Holy Cross Crusaders (2-18-1, 1-14-0 HE) this Friday under the lights of Fenway Park.
Coming off of a two-week break, the No. 8 Boston University men’s hockey team (11-5-0, 8-4-0 Hockey East) will look to pick up their momentum against a dominant Beanpot rival with an old-time hockey matchup against No. 9 Harvard (8-2-1, 7-1-0 ECAC) at Walter Brown Arena tomorrow night.
Since the schedule was released over the summer, Dec. 9 was circled on the calendar for Terriers, Eagles, and college hockey fans in general.
The Boston University women’s hockey team (6-12-0, 5-9-0 Hockey East) will take on the Holy Cross Crusaders (2-17-1, 1-13-0 HE) for one game at Walter Brown Arena this weekend before the two groups meet again on Jan. 6 for Frozen Fenway.
The Boston University men’s hockey team (8-4-0, 5-3-0 Hockey East) is set for a home-and-home series against the University of New Hampshire Wildcats (3-11-1, 0-9-1 HE) this weekend, and the expectation –– for a team of the Terriers’ caliber –– is a sweep.
Even though they failed to score in their most recent 120 minutes of play, the Boston University women’s hockey team (6-10-0, 5-7-0 Hockey East) is coming off of somewhat of a hot-streak against Hockey East opponents.
The Boston University women’s hockey team (6-8-0, 5-7-0 Hockey East) is headed to Las Vegas this Thanksgiving for the Henderson Collegiate Hockey Showcase.
The Boston University men’s hockey team (7-4-0, 5-3-0 Hockey East) will head into the Thanksgiving break with a Big-10 matchup against the No. 19 University of Notre Dame (6-6-2, 3-4-1 Big Ten) for the first time since a 2017 split at Agganis Arena.
Following their 4-3 OT win on Saturday against the No. 11 University of Vermont (8-5-1, 6-3-1 Hockey East), the Boston University Terriers women’s ice hockey team (4-8-0, 3-7-0 HE) will face off against the No. 12 University of Connecticut Huskies (10-4-2, 6-4-2 HE) in a Hockey East home-and-home matchup this weekend.
