BU overcame No. 8/12 Northeastern 6-3 on Saturday night at Agganis Arena. Here are the top five moments I selected from the game.

5. Patrick Harper finds a seam early

Spotting a hole in the Northeastern defense seven minutes into the game, Patrick Harper exploited the space allowed and flipped home BU’s opening goal for his seventh tally of the season.

4. Zegras sets up Harper

Closing out a five-goal five minutes to kick off the second period, Trevor Zegras won the puck with a stick lift and served it across to Patrick Harper, who buried his second goal of the game.

3. Solow and Picking go back-to-back

In a span of twelve seconds to start the middle frame, Zach Solow and John Picking both found the back of the net from close range to put Northeastern up 2-1 at the time.

2. Fensore does it all

Speeding through the attacking zone late in the second, Dom Fensore stripped the puck from a Husky, took a Trevor Zegras pass and found the top right corner to end a seven-goal second period.

1. Tucker starts, Mastrosimone finishes

Defending with about six minutes left in the second, Sam Tucker closed down an open shot to spark the rush the other way, where Robert Mastrosimone knocked in a rebound to tally BU’s eventual game-winner.

Entering the holiday break, BU will rest for three weeks before returning to face Concordia at Walter Brown Arena.
