Great team effort over the weekend and Maguire was phenomenal. Still, I see a disturbing pattern of not being able to score against some of the elite goalies in D-1 and eventually giving up the game-losing goal while short-handed. It is beyond ironic that the one time I was actually cheering for BC to win … and they let us down. 🙁
Makes it harder to advance not having bye and most likely playing at Tsongas but a weekend series against u mass allows them to stay in a regular routine build confidence work on power play. Get some rest hopefully to top lines. No question bu can beat Lowell it’s harder in that barn, but after u mass Amherst the games are only going to get tougher. I said it before bu stands around too much on power play everything is to the outside perimeter they need to move and get some shots from high percentage areas create time and space. A game against Amherst might be just what the doctor ordered . Go Bu???
Glenn,
One correction, B.U. let you down. (Similar to the Beanpot) Is there a book , power play for dummies? Just asking!

the irony is that if we beat umass twice, we go down on the power rankings
