The No. 1 Boston University men’s hockey team will put its unbeaten record on the line with a home-and-home against Merrimack College this weekend, hosting the Warriors on Friday before traveling to Lawler Arena on Saturday. Both games are set to start at 7 p.m.

The Terriers (6-0-2, 4-0-2 Hockey East) are fresh off a 2-2 tie with No. 5 University of Maine last Saturday, while Merrimack (2-2-2, 1-2-1) dropped a 2-0 decision to Providence College in disappointing fashion following a 4-2 win over then-No. 2 Boston College.

“They are one of the most physical teams in our league,” said BU coach Jack Parker. “No question about it. They present problems that way.”
