The Boston University men’s hockey team’s final tune-up for the 2016-17 season went about as well as anyone could have hoped.
Slated against the U.S. National Team Development Program on Thursday night at Agganis Arena, the Terriers skated to an 8-2 win. Patrick Harper (three goals) and Bobo Carpenter (two goals, three assists) stole the show, while Jakob Forsbacka Karlsson and Chad Krys both chipped in three helpers.
BU traveled late last night for its game on Saturday evening at Colgate University, its first NCAA contest of the year. Before then, we have some articles from last night’s game, as well as a link to our weekend preview, which includes some thoughts on Colgate.
Nick wrote the recap, which includes some intriguing thoughts from Coach Quinn.
Jonathan wrote a sider on Jake Oettinger and Connor LaCouvee. Spoiler alert: Quinn isn’t giving answers as to who may start against Colgate.
And last but not least, here’s our preview again.
