Boston Hockey Pod: Reflecting on BC series, Maguire and more

Hi friends, here’s this week’s edition of the Boston Hockey Pod. It’s a bit on the longer side, since we hadn’t done a podcast in a while, but there’s some good conversation in there about Brien Diffley, Sean Maguire and quite a few other players. Feel free to take a listen and let us know what you think!

And if you want to go back and listen to any of our old podcasts, you can do so here.

  1. It was a head scratcher as to why Diffley was on a wing. Why didn’t they use the new guy ? When you practice all year as a Forward and a D man takes your place it can be a real downer. This was also against a good team and an old time rival. You can roll four lines and create a surge. Strange indeed.
Nice going guys. Your comments were right on point.

  2. Best line up of the year and B.U. salvaged one point against its biggest rival. Need to win both this weekend to have any shot at a first round bye. I know Maine will play desperation hockey hopefully B.U. will match their intensity.

Anything less than a sweep this weekend would be a disappointment. Agree w/ Larry that getting a first-round bye in Hockey East is crucial towards BU’s chances of making the NCAAs.
